Skiing

The Eden is located in the middle of the Ski and Glacier World Zillertal 3000. The Hintertux Glacier offers absolute snow security from October to June.
The free ski bus takes you to the surrounding ski areas in a few minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
In addition, the Zillertal Superskipass offers fun on the slopes in all 4 ski areas of the Zillertal with over 535 kilometres of slopes.

Hiking

Hiking routes for all levels of difficulty start directly from the hotel. Easy to moderately difficult tours lead to huts such as Grieralm or Stoankasern. Ambitious hikers can climb higher peaks such as Tettensjoch or Grübelspitze. Mountain railways such as Eggalm and Finkenberger Almbahnen offer climbing assistance, while a free hiking bus leaves near the Hotel Eden.

On hot days it is a welcome way to cool off and always a feast for the eyes: our natural swimming pond right next to the Hotel Eden. The purest mountain spring water in drinking quality awaits you on 150m2 of swimming area from May to October. The pond is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests and can be accessed directly from the Eden wellness area. On the sunny lawn with floating loungers you can easily marvel at the beautiful Tux glacier world from below.

What would paradise be without culinary delights? It wouldn´t be! Especially in this area, the Eden lives up to its name. Have you ever tried a real "Holzknecht donut" with gray cheese filling? No? With us you have the opportunity to do this. The experienced kitchen team with Patrick & Franz combines typical Tyrolean specialties with international cuisine. Healthy salad is part of our menu, which is why our salad buffet is so large and fresh every day. The culinary delicacies that we serve you in our hotel are always made from regional, seasonal products wherever possible. This is our claim and is very important to us.

Our rooms are not only modern, comfortable and cozy. They all have a balcony! None of our guests are denied the wonderful mountain view from their room. The opportunity to stretch and stretch in the fresh mountain air after getting up is included. It is very likely that you will be lively and full of energy afterwards.

Are you traveling by car? We have enough free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel for all our guests. And of course there are enough places equipped with an electric charging station. When it snows, the parking lot is cleared quickly, so there are no delays when you need the car.

We hosts and many of our employees at the Hotel Eden come from the region and know the hiking trails like the back of our hand! Insider tips await you for every condition and in every weather. We offer guided hikes three times a week, which are hard to find without local knowledge. Real insider tips, so to speak!

It is very important to us hosts that our hotel is operated as sustainably as possible. We use many options that conserve our resources and mean no loss of quality for your guests. The beautiful, intact nature in which the Hotel Eden stands must be preserved.

We pay attention to the use of regional and seasonal products ("Bewusst Tirol" seal of Quality) in our kitchen. We have a natural swimming pond with Tyrolean spring water and no swimming pool with chlorine. We have a Garden of Eden with regional plants and not a palm grove.
